Types of Questions
This is a list of the types of questions already in use by various instructors. Not all systems allow the following question types. iClicker is limited to multiple choice and True or False only. The other systems can administer most of these types.
Questions can be obtained from a variety of sources. Test bank questions can be copied and pasted or instructors can type their own. End-of-chapter questions are also reliable sources. While most instructors prefer to create questions before class and ask them at predetermined times, spontaneous questions can be created during class to address specific circumstances.
More detailed examples are also provided in the Examples section of this module.
