Consultant Development Workshop

Initial Publication Date: December 14, 2021

January 8 and 9, 2019
Carleton College, Northfield, MN

The Consultant Development Workshop aims to develop a corps of consultants who will work collaboratively to help each other learn about the breadth of knowledge, programming, and resources available across Consortium organizations. The Consultant Corp will be composed of individuals from each Consortium Organization and brings their own lens and set of professional development practices. Workshop participants will focus on going beyond simply learning about the basics of the other organizations to truly be collaborative. This effort will be facilitated by the workshop conveners and with the help of a POD Network representative that will provide perspectives to help us think carefully about how the BTSE Consultant Corp can must effectively support change at the individual, department, and campus levels.
