Update on uls

Following up on the previous update we've identified over 1000 locations where folks have used ul tags without the requisite li tags.  Unfortunately there isn't a nice, automated way to fix all of these.  So for the time being the system will put up an alert (and prevent saving) if you try to edit one of these pages from within the beta/wysiwyg interface.  You can pop into the standard view, shift the ul tags to blockquotes and then switch back to the beta interface.

Also, note that currently things formatted with blockquotes in the beta interface appear in blue boxes.  This only applies to the editing interface; the actual pages won't have these blue boxes.  This is something that will go away eventually so feel free to ignore it.
