Nice. Does the probeware automatically log all of the data? I don't have access to probeware, how else would you suggest doing this lab? I can't wait to see the data.

This brought back memories of Medical Biology in highschool. We did catalse testing under a hand made slide-Does that sound correct? My mind may be slipping. Anyway, I loved that class then so I am sure your students enjoyed this.

This looks very interesting! I have done a similar lab with seventh graders using pieces of liver and potato with hydrogen peroxide to observe chemical reactions and temperature changes. Your experiment does seem more appropriate for high school. Good luck with your project.
