Earth Educators' Rendezvous Sponsorship

Please consider joining our efforts to improve Earth literacy across the country and across the curriculum by becoming a sponsor of the Earth Educators' Rendezvous. As a sponsor of the Rendezvous, you can connect and get exposure with:

  • 300-400 practitioners, educators, and researchers working in the Earth, ocean, and atmospheric sciences and allied fields,
  • a mix of college faculty, graduate students, education professionals, K-12 teachers, and administrators,
  • participants at a wide range of points on their careers, including early career faculty, established teachers, and graduate students
  • attendees from institutions, schools, and organizations located all around the country.

Rendezvous sponsorship levels are as follows:

  • $7,500 - inclusion of logo and hyperlinked company name on conference website as a Featured Sponsor; ability to have a visual display at the conference; exclusive sponsor of opening ice breaker reception and concluding town hall forum; support of 5 scholarships; one free registration
  • $5,000 - inclusion of logo and hyperlinked company name on conference website as a Featured Sponsor; ability to have a visual display at the conference; exclusive sponsor of one evening plenary speaker; support of 3 scholarships; one free registration
  • $2,500 - inclusion of logo and hyperlinked company name on conference website as a Featured Sponsor; support of 3 scholarships; one free registration
  • $1,500 - inclusion of logo on conference website; sponsor refreshments at one of the Rendezvous events (for example, a plenary speaker or poster session), one free registration
