Education for Sustainability Framework

The Education for Sustainability (EfS) Working Group developed the following framework to provide guidelines for the integration of EfS principles across undergraduate and/or graduate courses or programs for pre-service teachers in Washington State. The EfS Framework is based on published principles for sustainability education derived from Burns (2011); Nolet (2009); and Santone, Saunders, & Seguin (2014).
