Fieldwork within the Context of Higher Education: a Literature Review
Marjorie Bonello February 2001 British Journal of Occupational Therapy p93-99

Fieldwork education is an integral part of the education of occupational therapy students and is instrumental in developing professional behavior. This paper presents critical review of an international selection of literature documenting fieldwork education until the late 1990s. Three facets of fieldwork are examined: professional educational, conceptual development, and learning within the context of experience.
