AGLO - Applied Geophysics Learning Objects
http://www.eos.ubc.ca/%7Efjones/aglosite/index.htm

University of British COlumbia Francis Jones, Department of Earth and Ocean Sciences

The AGLO project focuses on developing materials for the subject of applied geophysics. Three types of learners were targeted: (i) students with general backgrounds; (ii) geoscience students, and (iii) students studying more detailed aspects of applied geophysics. The activities published on their website are focussed more on the process of applying geophysics and less on physical and mathematical details of the techniques. Each individual resource is presented in the context of a well defined seven-step framework for applying geophysics to practical problems. The collection of learning activities can be accessed by emailing the site creator and obtaining a password.
