Robert Holmes, Marine Biological Laboratory

This is the home page of the Pan Arctic River Transport of Nutrients, Organic Matter, and Suspended Sediments (PARTNERS) project, a group of scientists from the United States and Russia who are monitoring changes in climate. They have found large-scale changes in the arctic hydrologic cycle including increasing discharge in major Eurasian arctic rivers. The overall objective of the PARTNERS Project is to use river water chemistry as a means to study the origins and fates of continental runoff. Materials available include data on water properties and chemistry, a publications list, education and outreach information, photos, and a set of links to related sites.
