People + Climate= "One-Two Punch"
http://www.earthsky.org/radioshows/people-climate-onetwo-punch

When the climate on Earth warms or cools rapidly as it did during the ice ages, animals respond by migrating to more moderate regions. But as human populations grow, there are fewer places for animals to go. This radio broadcast discusses how these two pressures on animals might have led to extinction of the large mammal species in the northern hemisphere from 50,000 to 10,000 years ago, and how this could possibly happen again in our modern era of climate change. The clip is 1 minute and 33 seconds in length.
