This is an investigation that explores the relationship between atmospheric carbon dioxide and average global surface temperature. Over the past 150 years, increasing amounts of "Greenhouse" gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), and methane (CH4) are being produced by increased human activity, and there is evidence that the Earth as a whole is growing correspondingly warmer.
