Eric Martz and Trevor D. Kramer. , SDSC.edu

This is a very inclusive site for 3-D viewing of biological molecules and their interactions. There are many links in this site for the modeling and visualizing of proteins and other biologically relevant molecules. There are biochemical structure, organic chemistry structure, Inorganic/crystal structure, visualizing tutorials along with a K-12molecular visualization tutorial that is very interactive and instructional. The site also includes links and galleries to Protein Data Base and Swiss-PDB two of the major databases for visualizing protein molecules. Not only is there access to a massive amount of modeling data here but there are also a lot of tutorials on the mechanics of molecular modeling, along with access to free soft ware for creating and visualizing these models. One could spend a lot of time here!
