There are many links in this site for the modeling and visualizing of proteins and other biologically relevant molecules. There are biochemical structure, organic chemistry structure, Inorganic/crystal structure, visualizing tutorials along with a K-12molecular visualization tutorial that is very interactive and instructional. The site also includes links and galleries to Protein Data Base and Swiss-PDB two of the major databases for visualizing protein molecules. Not only is there access to a massive amount of modeling data here but there are also a lot of tutorials on the mechanics of molecular modeling, along with access to free soft ware for creating and visualizing these models. One could spend a lot of time here!
