This QuickTime movie from the University of Wyoming uses time lapse video footage to demonstrate the migration of submerged sand bars along the Loup River of Nebraska. Sand bar crests are highlighted in yellow so it is easy for viewers to observe downstream migration patterns. The movie can be paused and rewound to emphasize important points.
