For educators, there is information on workshops, field trips, in-school outreach programs, and a set of links to environmental websites for teachers. The student's page contains information on Connecticut wildlife and links to environmental websites for kids. The environmental curriculum topics page features links to information on air quality, Connecticut wildlife, and water quality and Long Island Sound. There are also links to educational courses for the public, DEP newsletters, magazines, and the DEP online store, which features publications on Connecticut's environment, geology, natural history and outdoor recreation.
