National Center for Policy Analysis- Dallas

The National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) is a non-profit, nonpartisan public policy research organization, devoted to developing and promoting private alternatives to government regulation and control, solving problems by relying on the strength of the competitive, entrepreneurial private sector. This website offers general paper about Case-Building that mostly focuses on negative cases, but stresses the danger of building an off-topic affirmative argument. Users may also follow links to other NCPA information such as debate links, a debater's forum, debate topics and recent NCPA news. This is a useful site for information on how to structure debates and nationally debated issues.
