James Levin, Bertram Bruce 2001 American Educational Research Association (AERA) Meeting, Seattle WA

We use a learner-centered taxonomy of technology uses for learning as a framework for systematically developing powerful environments for learning. This taxonomy can help us determine the most appropriate technologies for learning, given the educational goals and the available educational resources.
