A Checklist for Designing Instruction in the Affective Domain

This paper presents a simple model for accomplishing the often complex and nebulous task of developing instruction for the affective domain. The processes of needs assessment, writing objectives, sequencing affective and cognitive objectives, selecting instructional procedures, and designing affective evaluation instruments are discussed. The paper concludes with a checklist for instructional design.
