This site, hosted by Clark University, is addressed to a broad audience ranging from those who never heard of Thomas Henry Huxley to those who are familiar with him and may even have read some of his work. Huxley was self-described as "Darwin's bulldog", and spent a lifetime defending the concept of 'survival of the fittest,' and also made great contributions to the field of paleontology. This site is devoted to providing his complete collected works.
