This website is home of the Quorum Sensing Research Group at the University of Nottingham and aims to be a "one stop shop" for quorum sensing (QS) research. The site includes an overview of the field, links to researchers worldwide and descriptions of research carried out at Nottingham. The overview includes topics such as a description of QS, history of QS research, Vibrio fischeri page, Vibrio harveyi page, gram positives page, table of N-acyl-L-homoserine lactone (AHL) - based QS organisms, and structures of AHLs.
