This is a section of the online course, "The Good Earth," and features a discussion of several groundwater issues. Topics include groundwater systems, human impacts and modifications of groundwater systems, the High Plains aquifer, and the destruction of wetlands. Animations are used to illustrate key principles. This module also includes a quiz and several classroom exercises.
