This article in the Journal of Geoscience Education presents efforts to construct a new survey instrument to detect changes in knowledge of science and attitudes regarding science. Participants for this study are enrolled in a summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates program run by the Atlanta Consortium for Research in the Earth Sciences.
