This Environmental Impact Statement documents and discloses the results of the environmental analysis of anticipated coal bed methane and oil and gas development in the state of Montana. The extensive PDF document is intended to provide full and fair discussion of significant environmental impacts, and shall inform decision makers and the public of reasonable alternatives which would avoid or minimize adverse impacts or enhance the quality of the human environment.
