University of Cincinnati-Main Campus
Greetings! I am a doctoral student at the University of Cincinnati and National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow.
My primary research interests lie in inclusive geoscience education. Current projects include efforts to promote inclusion and access in geoscience field classes for students with mobility and sensory disabilities and examining the development and implementation of inclusive practices in field based geoscience education environments. I have had numerous field experiences in both academia and industry sectors of geology, but recognize how some aspects of traditional geoscience education may exclude the full participation of students with disabilities. If you are interested in making aspects of a field-course accessible to everyone, or have any questions about accessibility, please email me!
