- Introduction of a vision followed by table discussion and whole group modification and adoption

Two 10-minute presentations by Toby Smith (AAU) and Bob Hilborn (AAPT) of programming related to vision of success. There will be time for questions of clarification/application and discussion of opportunities for collaboration.

11:30-12:30 Subgroup discussions

12:30–1:30 Lunch
Lunchtime assignment: Read the syntheses and ideas posted by each of the other groups.
1:30–2:15 Discussion of ideas generated by teams.
Each group will report one key synthetic idea and one idea for collaboration (2 minutes for each group).

- What strategies are important to move forward together?
- What are the topics for next round of discussions?
2:15–2:30 Form subgroups organized by similar societies for second round of sharing, synthesis, and idea generation
2:30–2:45 Break
2:45-4:00 Subgroup discussions

11:30–12:00 Finalize next steps. Workshop evaluation.
