The following are potential questions that could be used in a gallery walk activity about time and earth history. The questions are organized according to the cognitive level at which students are engaged, using Bloom's Taxonomy.

1. Construct a three to five sentence summary of how geologic, climatic, and floral events shaped the evolution of animals for these Eras: PreCambrian, Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic.
2. Design questions you would ask to judge how plants, invertebrates, vertebrates or rocks contribute to our understanding of the PreCambrian, Paleozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic.
