Download and install ImageJ. Download three Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images of roads in the Amazon rainforest.

Part 2—Process and Analyze the Images

Use ImageJ to scale, process, and measure the area of deforestation in the images.

Part 3—Compare Processing Results

Stack the three images and create an RGB color composite image. Analyze and interpret the changes in the Amazon rainforest due to the building of roads.
