Students used a titration of indophenol mixed with distilled water to test the vitamin c content of a variety of beverages.
students mixed one drop of the beverage (apple juice, tang, orange juice or a crushed viatmin c table mixed with water).
The student mixed one drop at a time into 10 ml of the titration mix. a low amount of drops indicates a high amount of viatmin c more drops indicate a low amount of vitamin c.

The students graphed the results on paper. I used the excel file and graphed their results on the projection unit. They were able to compare their results to the others in the class.

Hi Linda
Did you have the students graph their results on paper because you were limited to the use of computers? When I have been limited to computers I have had most students do it on paper and a few on Excel. Then I would have the students compare the two different styles.
This would be a great idea for a science fair project.
