I had the kids in my math class take statistics from the MLB website. We looked at two variables, the number of wins a team had last season (2006) and the total attendance that team had at their statium. We then imported the data into excell and created a double bar graph. It took some time and some trouble shooting, but the kids ended up with cool looking graphs
