Purpose

Reporting classroom assessment activities

Implementation

Faculty complete these at random intervals, usually at the end of a semester in response to a request from the campus Assessment Coordinator for examples of classroom assessment measures that have been used during the semester. Submitted either electronically or in paper form

Use of the Data

Used to assess student performance or to evaluate the effectiveness of specific classroom activities

Effectiveness

Has had varying levels of effectiveness; some faculty find them very useful, some find them annoying.
