Resource Description

The emittance of the greenhouse gas, CO2, has large impacts on climate and the environment. Every person has a "carbon footprint". This VR experience displays how carbon is emitted due to human activity. The experience is a cartoon, 360-image, timed (less than 5 minutes, and completed through youtube.

Instructor Story

The exeprience will be great for K-8 classrooms. However, the idea of carbon footprints and carbon cycle is complex and could serve as a benefit to older students. Additionally, the report and sustainability goals of the UN is complex, therefore this activity could benefit high school students as well by introducing them into climate change and global efforts to combat climate change.
