Administration Team
Our Administrative Team provides operational support to SERC projects, partners, and staff. They handle finances, scheduling, event logistics, and much more.
Evaluation Team
Our evaluation and research work focuses on understanding and improving teaching and learning at K-12, undergraduate, and graduate levels. The SERC Evaluation Team works with each partner to provide situational evaluation services that accelerate change. We strategically design evaluation plans that utilize multiple methods and data sources, when possible, to support reduction in bias and strengthen projects. We utilize the most current and comprehensive tools to ensure optimal organization, analysis, and communication.
Implementation Team
The Implementation Team (iTeam) is made up of professionals with broad expertise in contributing to project success. Every member of the team has an advanced science degree and can draw from SERC's history of continuous improvement to substantially contribute to conversations about how program elements can be sequenced and staged to best meet a project's goals. The implementation team handles websites and online project support, workshop and event planning and support, project management, and program development.
Technical Team
Our technical team makes all of SERC possible on the back end. This includes everything from developing and improving Serckit functionality to compiling web analytics data. We are continuously looking for and implementing ways to improve our user interfaces, support accessibility, and incorporate technological innovations.
