This web site has a nice tutorial about bones health. In the site are two images of a healthy bone and one of a bone afected with osteoporosis. Using Image J a histogram can be completed to show the differeces osteoporosis can make.

Hi Linda,

The url above needs an html to work:
http://depts.washington.edu/bonebio/bonAbout/histo/histo.html

Also, which two images should we download? Is the image I attached the healthy bone tissue?

If not, please upload the healthy one plus the one with osteoporosis.

Thanks,---Carla

Another site that shows the two bones side by side would be
