Human Subjects IRB Approval

The research conducted in this study have been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. The IRB judged protocol number SE-2004-0423SE-2004-0423 to be exempt from CFR 46 per Category #2 as the research is limited to benign survey procedures and focus groups on digital library use and subject confidentiality is protected.
