Figure 3. The Cullasaja River basin as shown in a shaded relief map from 6-m horizontal resolution airborne lidar. Overlain on this map is the fluvial network (blue lines), major knickpoints along the trunk and tributary channels, landslide initiation locations (Wooten et al., 2006), and tributary drainage basins (thin black lines). The tributary basins are labeled as east (E) and west (W) of the Cullasaja River with the numbers corresponding to their respective positions from north (1) to south (2).
