Laboratory Handout for "Tell Me About the Forest" exercise
Student handout in which ecological metrics are presented, correlation coefficients are provided, and a directed protocol to develop a Q-mode cluster analysis given. The Blue Creek Coal data set is provided, along with architectural models for Carboniferous plant-growth strategies necessary for students to reconstruct the fossil forest.
