This animation from INSTARR is based on seismographic interpretation of Neogene basin fill of the North Sea. It shows the seaward migration of the Eridanos Delta over nine million years as it deposited 1500 meters of sediment in the North Sea Basin. Clicking on the back button on your browser gives more information about the delta and provides a link to an accompanying journal article.
