WINDandSEA is an oceanic and atmospheric sciences internet locator built by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Library and is meant to make internet searching more efficient. WINDandSEA topics include air pollution and quality, astronomical navigation and sunrise/sunset information, coastal studies, geoscience, history of oceanic and atmospheric sciences, mapping and charting, and weather. A teacher/student corner provides links to webpages devoted to education.
