Exploring the Environment: Earth on Fire
http://www.cotf.edu/ete/modules/carbon/efcarbon.html

The carbon cycle is one of the biogeochemical cycles. This site contains information about the movement of carbon, in its many forms, between the biosphere, atmosphere, oceans, and geosphere. The site describes the cycle with its various sinks, or stores, of carbon and processes by which the various sinks exchange carbon. A diagram illustrates the carbon cycle and can be expanded for group viewing. The site is also supported by links to a glossary, references, and related topics.

This description of a site outside SERC has not been vetted by SERC staff and may be incomplete or incorrect. If you have information we can use to flesh out or correct this record let us know.
