RUS - the Surfin Squirrel
http://www.usda.gov/rus/educate/ruskids.htm

Rural Utilities Service (RUS) was developed as part of a Federal effort to make agencies and their work more understandable and accessible to school age children - as well as to provide useful educational material in science, engineering, safety, civics, and many other subject areas. The site contains utility safety tips, including electric, telecommunications and internet, and water sections; games to explore how utilities work and to find out how rural Americans brought electricity, telecommunications and running water to their farms and towns; and information on the U.S. presidents who had a role in shaping RUS.
