Fault Analysis Group


This research group at University College Dublin carries out scientific research on all aspects of faults and fractures and applies the results to practical problems, principally in the fields of hydrocarbon and minerals exploration. The site features a list of research projects, abstracts, and information about fault analysis software. For teachers and students, there are photographs of faults and downloadable paper models of various types of folds and faults.
