This site from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center summarizes recent findings that point to evidence of active plate tectonics on Mars. A high resolution magnetic field map of the entire planet, the first of its kind, shows magnetic striping and features such as transform faults that are "tell-tale" signs of tectonic activity on Earth. Magnetic striping preserves the activity of spreading centers and can therefore be used as evidence of plate tectonics.
