Weathering rates of marble in urban environments, eastern Australia
D. Dragovitch 1986 Zeitschrift für Geomorphologie v30 p203-214

This article describes weathering patterns in tombstones in two different cities: the booming (and polluted) metropolis of Sydney, and Wollongong, where pollution rates haven't changed much during the 20th century. The data could be used in a class on rock weathering.
