GETTING STARTED

After team forms:

• Team Advisor completes Onboarding steps to learn and prepare for implementation
• Team Advisor Introduces E-Compete to team and explains what it is and how it works

IMPLEMENTING E-Compete

After students have been working 4-6 weeks:

• Students complete initial assessment (all general & competition-specific outcome categories) and open-ended questions
• *Conduct team conversation to go over outcomes

Throughout the Year (optional):

• Play the metacognitive card game

2-3 months after team has been working:

• Team advisor fills out assessment for each team member
• Once submitted, students receive email with link to access the assessment
• Team advisor and students receive 
• *Conduct team conversation to go over progress and outcomes

~1 month before competition:

• Team advisor completes assessment for each team member; Once submitted, students receive email with link to access assessment & open-ended questions
• Team Conversation to discuss outcomes & preparation for competition
