TRANSCRIPT: "Hi there! My name’s Ken Tanaka. I’m a geologist for the U.S. Geological Survey in Flagstaff, Arizona and what I work on is Mars geologic maps. This geologic map is of the northern plains of Mars where it is thought there was maybe an ocean at one time. There’s some controversy over that. This is a new global map of ours. It’s about to be completed and published in the next year and will reconstruct the geologic history of Mars and bring together different geologic processes that shape the surface of the planet. So, that’s what I do in planetary science. Thank you."
