I am part of the SERC webteam where I work to build webpages and support workshops.  I also am involved with evaluation projects at SERC.  


Prior to working for SERC, I was a high school science teacher for four years.  I have a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Colorado State University and a B.A. in Biology from St. Olaf College, just across the river from Carleton.

Greenhouse Effect Lab part of Teach the Earth:Teaching Activities
In this lab, students measure temperature changes inside soda bottles (one with CO2 added, the other with only air inside) as incandescent light is shined on them to model the Greenhouse Effect.
