Nice added FIA material

I found your implementation - your are fast! Were you a forester in a previous life? Your powerpoint FIA summary of the state of US forests in apprx 2002 and some "current" info is very well presented to help your students draw their own conclusions. A decade ago, I recall a Swedish forest reseacher visiting and it brought home to me that all their forests are managed and mostly monocultures. He was impressed by our diverse species in the White Mountains National Forests of NH.
