Dr. Bob Mitchell, WWU Hydrologist, surfs a glacially smoothed "bullet boulder" imbedded in ground moraine below the Easton Glacier terminus. Note the striae indicating glacial sliding over the boulder after it was emplaced in the till. View upglacier.
