Rakesh Mahto

Dr. Rakesh Mahto is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, photovoltaics, FPGA-based systems, low-power integrated circuit design, and semiconductor education. His recent work focuses on AI-enhanced engineering education, intelligent solar energy systems, and applications of machine learning in engineering research. He is passionate about integrating computational tools into teaching and research and providing students with hands-on learning experiences.
