Carmen Gaina

I am a marine geoscientist interested in the evolution of global oceanic basins. I use geophysical data, but also the vast information generated by the ocean drilling programme record for reconstructing the history of oceanic basins and its influence on paleoclimate.

Currently I work at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, but for the past 16 years I lived and worked in Norway.
