This is my 4th year working as the Administrative Assistant for the SERC Office. The wide diversity of projects associated with this office provides plenty of learning opportunities, contact with people from around the world, and interesting office conversations. My time is split between assisting with office finance support, travel itineraries, workshop logistics, and general office activities for SERC and supporting the National Association of Geoscience Teachers Executive Director's office.

Before SERC, I taught in the Northfield and Randolph school districts, as a special education teacher. When not working, you might find me running in the Carleton Arb with our Siberian husky or cycling the rolling roads of Rice County with my husband, Tom.
